Professional Maintenance Agreement
The Professional Maintenance Agreement (PMA) is our basic support package, offering basic product knowledge. It provides all the benefits of the SMA, plus:
- Phone Support: Full phone support from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. MST, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
- Email/Chat Support: Request support or training information any time; responses will be returned from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. MST, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
- Private access to the LANDesk Solution Knowledge Base and the current top solutions.
- Private online case creation, allowing new case creation, viewing and modification.
- Remote Problem Resolution: (Internet Based) Remote control access, diagnosis, and repair of LANDesk Software by our staff (if requested).
- One renewable annual agreement, one annual fee
- Free software upgrades and updates
- Easy–to–budget, worry–free solution for getting the most out of LANDesk Software's software products
- Keep current with the latest advances in technologies
- Proactive software maintenance throughout the period of agreement
* Must be a licensed to use the current version of the software to be eligible to purchase a Professional Maintenance Agreement.
